In stock items may be returned for refund, credit or exchange within 7 days of date received (date item delivered by USPS). Returned items must be in its original, unused condition. Please call before returning item to obtain a return authorization number. If return authorization number is not obtained, the item will not be accepted. Shipping/handling/insurance fees and credit card fees are not refundable.
Custom orders (special orders/custom designs, modifications such as ring sizing/stone exchange) are not returnable.
