CUSTOM ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Custom-made jewelry requires a 50% deposit based on the estimated cost of your jewelry order. The deposit will cover most of the costs of purchasing materials for your custom order and time spent designing your custom jewelry. All deposits are non-refundable. The estimated cost of your custom jewelry order does not include applicable taxes. After you submit your deposit, please allow at least 2 to 3 weeks for your custom order to be completed. Custom designs which require materials to be special ordered may require additional time for completion.
